I have also experienced the operation of customers without mouth and nose protection. I don't want to judge whether it's anti-social. But at least here the staff plays completely irresponsibly with the safety and health of those who respect such guidelines. What irritates me: the way it looks, the Corona Protection Ordinance is completely unknown here. If the franchisee (or his staff ...) is interested, here is a brief excerpt from the "Appendix" Hygiene and Infection Protection Standards "for CoronaSchVO NRW": "[...] Customer contact data of the guests as well as periods of stay in the indoor and outdoor catering are to be collected for each table group - with the consent - in accordance with § 2a paragraph 1 of the CoronaSchVO. [...]" If you don't want to reveal your details, this shop is the right place for you. The data is simply not collected here. If an infection occurs, it is no longer understandable, at least at Kamps in Pesch. Congratulations, maybe the responsible regulatory authority will be interested in this at some point ;-) I personally will avoid the company in the future.

To despair: Despite the obligation to wear a mask (mouth and nose protection, MNS), customers in the shop who are not wearing such protection are served here. The staff also does not respond to the corresponding demand. An almost asosial behavior that does not deserve support.

Wanted to get me a sandwich this afternoon, but I went out again when I saw a lady (employee) with private clothes and a cell phone pulling the goods out of the oven. It is not hygienic! ! !

Very nice staff. Acting expresses motivation, is afloat and constantly working, even when there are no customers. Work together well together. Great atmosphere and of course my bread was delicious too.

Since 1.11 a new team, and the criticized deficiencies have been worked so that the counter is even now very diverse. The team is very friendly and relatively quick to serve, the selection of snacks and particles has increased as mentioned above. Various grains bread, baked cheese rolls or similar new sandwiches are now also in the assortment. Dir Brottheke has something for every lover, wheat mixed bread in the form of the Swiss, Oberländer, mill bread or the gray bread to rye breads such as the mountain rye bread, the kaiserlaib (roggendinkelmisch), and many other types of bread. At lunchtime, there are now cream slices for every lover who is very fresh and delicious. The shop has been cleaned thoroughly and is now in a clean condition. A visit and an impression of the quasi new store is highly recommended.

Unfortunately not comparable to other Kamps branches. Small assortment and sometimes very unfriendly employees. Today the waitress got cheeky when I dared to disturb the sorting. The Kamps company should invest some money in employee training.
